Good news being that, if they recognize the value, the younger guy is a guy they can build a team around.
Got a table. Ordered our drinks. Waited 20 minutes or longer for the waitress to come back to take our order, which she never did! In the meantime a table next to us was waiting for the same waitress to bring them their bill. She finally did after they had to ask for it.They left the money on their table and left. The waitress went back to their table, counted the money. Must not have liked what was left in there. Slammed dishes together, never looked at us nor said anything or took our order. She walked away. We waited a little longer, then just left. Besides that, she wasn't even friendly to begin with. Waited over 25 minutes or longer. Finally we were smart enough and left. Due to poor service like that, makes you not want to go back there again. Oh, and they weren't even busy!
Female bartender, mid 40's, was too drunk to realize that she had customers waiting to be served. Thankfully a younger gentleman found his way behind the bar and managed to reestablish a decent customer experience. I haven't been here in years, since Benny left, and it's disappointing to see the change.
My husband and I stopped for dinner on Friday night. We watched the waitresses pass by many times We watched them clear a dirty table. I’m not sure what the rush to clean that table was because there was plenty of clean tables available. No one ever said hi or even acknowledged our presence. After 10 minutes of being ignored, we left. We won’t ever be leaving a review for the food because we weren’t served any that night and we won’t be going back.
Great pizza, they use really tasty cheese on theirs. Friendly atmosphere, great for kids too. Typical bar prices. Ribs fall off the bone and are super tender as well.
Good food once we actually got it. The service was terrible. Our server forgot about us several times and failed to bring out half our orders. She took 15% off as an apology and then tried to make nice with some small talk. I saw the other servers check their tables 5 times to our servers one time. First time here and not sure I want to go back.
